Principle features
DC 008 intercepts the flow of oil in the direction of ① to ② and ④ to ③, and when port ② and/or port ③ are subjected to a certain pressure, the oil can flow in the opposite direction. The check valve has a hydraulic ratio of 2.5:1, so at least 1/2.5 of the load pressure at port ① or ④ is required to open a channel in the hydraulic line (port ② or ③) to allow oil to flow out of port ① or ④. A spring pressure of 1.0 bar or 3.0 bar ensures that the valve port is closed under static or no load conditions.
