Principle features

The PC 310 allows the oil to flow from ① to ②, and at the same time stops the oil from flowing in the opposite direction. When the pressure at ③ is high enough, the fluid overcomes the spring pressure and pushes the spool open, and the fluid flows from ① to ②. The check valve has a hydraulic ratio of 1.8:1, which means that in order to open the valve at ③, a load pressure of at least 1/1.8 must be maintained at ②. Spring pressure ensures that the valve port is closed in static or unloaded conditions. A hydraulically sealed piston option is available.
