Principle features
The PC 010 allows the oil to flow from ② to ③, and at the same time cuts off the flow of oil in the opposite direction. When the pressure at ① is high enough, the fluid overcomes the spring pressure and pushes the spool open, and the fluid flows from ③ to ②. The check valve has a hydraulic ratio of 3:1, which means that to open the valve at ①, at least 1/3 of the load pressure must be maintained at ③. Spring pressure ensures that the valve port is closed in static or unloaded conditions. A hydraulically sealed piston option is available.
