Principle features

For the FK 110 type, the flow rate from ③ remains constant and is not affected by changes in load pressure in the downstream circuit ③ or bypass ②. The return flow (③ to ①) passes through the control throttle orifice and is adjusted by turning counterclockwise, so that the regulated flow increases gradually from closed to fully open. Note: When used for bypass flow control in an application where an external throttle locks off the priority port, the bypass pressure drop will increase unless the priority port is allowed to leak a small amount.
