Principle features

With the FC 110 model, the flow rate from ③ remains constant and is not affected by changes in load pressure in the downstream circuit ③ or bypass ②. The spool valve maintains a pressure difference of 6.5 bar (95 psi) in the inner fixed orifice to regulate the flow from ① to ③. The FC 110 is a priority regulating type, which delivers the pump flow to ③ first, and then to ② via the bypass, so that all ports can be fully pressurized. Depending on the inlet volume, there may be a difference in the volume of oil coming out of the priority port ③, especially when the temperature decreases and the viscosity of the flow increases, and the setting may need to be studied to decide.
