Principle features
PR 110 type, in steady state, allows oil to flow in both directions from ② to ① while the spring chamber is kept at the port ③ to drain oil. When the pressure at ① reaches the preset value of the valve, the spool moves to close ②, thus regulating the pressure at ①. In this mode, when the variable exceeds the setting value of the pressure reduction, it is also possible to drain oil from ① to ③. Note: Direct-acting PR 110 series valves are not suitable for some static load applications.
